Directed by our Risk Manager, Tawny DeLaCruz, CRM, CIC, Arnold Palmer Golf Management has the ability to leverage its large portfolio and negotiate rates for health, property, and casualty insurance far below what individual clubs and courses are able to secure independently. Our risk management team has developed and implemented safety programs and initiatives which have proven to be successful in limiting both guest and employee claims throughout our clubs. Our risk managment team evaluates market options and provides support for each club including:

• Claims Management Liaison with Carriers

• Claims Reporting and Communications

• Dissemination of Safety Manuals and Videos
